Stormwater Management
Another strong department within the environmental division is the stormwater department. Our stormwater department is well versed in all aspects of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (N.P.D.E.S.), especially as it relates to non-point source discharges resulting from construction activities. Our stormwater department can submit your “notice of intent”, monitor your rainfall data, pull appropriate samples, test the samples for turbidity (in our own lab!), complete your inspections, and keep all of your stormwater reporting requirements up to date. We have numerous personnel that are certified as Worksite Erosion Control Supervisors (WECS), through the GA Department of Transportation.
